Interesting Times

It has been Discworld Novel #18 for me - I strictly stick to the proper sequence. I still suck the pages into the humour district of my brain, and quite often the areas of social criticism, history and science are also heavily used.

Indeed, after quite a lot of stories I read about the Discworld, one or another thing I am able to predict now; Rincewind could not really astonish me this time, too well has his character been outlined so far.

But anyway, the plot of those stories is always different, amusing, brisk, and always to the point. I do not want to tell too much about what is happening this time, but the main topic is Asia.

And I liked the ending. I was too tired to get the idea very fast, but than a firewoks of puns shot off, and the very last page was a huge big smile to me.
